Healthyroo Subscribe & Save

Our Subscribe & Save program is designed to make maintaining your health routine easy, convenient and rewarding. By subscribing, you'll receive your favourite Healthyroo products automatically at your chosen frequency while enjoying exclusive subscriber savings.

Subscriptions are managed securely through our customer portal, giving you complete control over your orders.


Subscription Frequencies & Savings

Where available, you can choose from the following delivery schedules:

  • Every Month – Save 20%
  • Every 2 Months – Save 10–20% (depending on the product)

Discounts are applied automatically to eligible subscription products.


Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Healthyroo Customer Portal.

Depending on your subscription, you can:

  • Pause or resume your subscription
  • Skip upcoming orders
  • Delay an upcoming order
  • Bring an order forward
  • Reschedule an order
  • Remove products from an upcoming order
  • Permanently remove products from your subscription
  • Change product quantities
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address
  • Reactivate a cancelled subscription
  • Create additional subscriptions
  • Apply eligible Shopify discount codes (where applicable)

Skipping Orders

If you don't need your next shipment, you may skip an upcoming order.

To ensure subscription availability for all customers, you may skip a maximum of two (2) consecutive subscription orders. After two consecutive skips, your next scheduled order must be processed before another skip can be made.


Delaying an Order

You may postpone your next scheduled order by:

  • 7 days
  • 15 days
  • 30 days

Delaying an order shifts your future subscription schedule by the same amount to maintain your chosen delivery interval.


Bringing an Order Forward

If you need your products sooner, you may place your upcoming subscription order immediately through your customer portal.

Future subscription orders will automatically adjust to maintain your selected subscription frequency.


Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

While paused:

  • No recurring charges will occur.
  • No subscription orders will be generated.
  • You may resume your subscription whenever you're ready.

Updating Products

You may:

  • Increase or decrease product quantities
  • Remove products from an upcoming order
  • Permanently remove products from your subscription (provided at least one subscription product remains active)

A maximum quantity of 10 units per product applies to subscription orders.


Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address at any time before your next order is processed.

Please ensure your delivery details are kept up to date to avoid shipping delays or failed deliveries.


Payment Methods

You may update your payment method securely through the customer portal.

If a previous payment has failed, updating your payment method may trigger an immediate payment attempt to process any outstanding subscription order.


Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and ask you to update your payment information.

Your subscription may remain on hold until successful payment has been received.


Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Healthyroo Customer Portal.

There are:

  • No cancellation fees
  • No lock-in contracts
  • No minimum commitment period

Once cancelled:

  • No future subscription payments will be processed.
  • Any order already processed or fulfilled before cancellation cannot be cancelled or refunded unless covered under our Returns Policy.

Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated through your customer portal at any time.


Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed per delivery.

Subscription discounts apply only while your subscription remains active and are subject to change.

Healthyroo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts or subscription benefits. Customers will be notified where required before any changes take effect.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, Healthyroo applies reasonable limits to subscription activity, including:

  • Maximum of 5 subscription orders that may be processed per customer per day.
  • Maximum of 10 units per individual product within a subscription.

Orders exceeding these limits may be reviewed or adjusted.


Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by the same Returns & Refund Policy as standard Healthyroo purchases.

For food and nutritional supplements, refunds or exchanges cannot generally be provided for change of mind once products have been dispatched, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
