Healthyroo Biscoff Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Prep Blender: Ensure it’s clean; high-speed is preferred for creamy texture.
  2. Measure Milk: Use 1 cup of plant-based milk; less for a creamier shake.
  3. Add Biscoff: Include 2 tbsp for spiced cookie flavor.
  4. Add Protein: Add a scoop, preferably natural or chocolate mocha flavor.
  5. Include Ice: Add 1 cup for frosty consistency.
  6. Blend: Secure the lid, and blend on high until smooth (30s-1min).
  7. Adjust: Taste and tweak sweetness or thickness as needed.
  8. Serve: Pour into a glass, garnish with a Biscoff cookie if desired, and enjoy.
