Baked Peaches Desserts Recipe

For the Base:

  • 2 PEACHES
  • 2 TSP HEALTHYROO ZEST SLIM VANILLA CHAI
  • 1 FULL CUP VEGAN YOGURT OR DAIRY YOGURT
  • SOME PEPITA SEEDS
  • MONK FRUIT SWEETENER

Instructions:

  1. Prep Fruit: So let’s get started by baking the peaches. We start off by grabbing beautifully ripe stone fruit.
  2. Bake: Cut them in half put them on a baking tray and pop them in the oven.
  3. Mix Yogurt: Whilst the peaches are baking, let’s make the Zest Slim Healthyroo yogurt.
  4. Measure Protein: Now we need to get some protein. The recommended serving size is just three tablespoons.
  5. Add Protein: So let’s add three tablespoons (1 serving)
  6. Create Cream: This is creating our coconut cream which will dollop on the end once our peaches are all nice and warm and baked. The beautiful creamy cold garnish is going to give it a lovely texture.
  7. Assemble: Dress it with our Zest Slim Healthyroo Yogurt.
  8. Add Shreds: Coconut caramel goes well with coconut shreds.
  9. Garnish: Add some pepitas for good fats from plants. Good fats help your hormones and the nervous system. To finish, dust it with cinnamon.
  10. Sweeten: If you’ve got a sweet tooth, then a little bit of monk fruit sweetener as icing sugar on top.
