Healthyroo ships internationally. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $69 or incurs a flat rate of $5. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with express shipping available within Australia for a $10 flat rate.
Delivery timeframes across Australia are typically 2-5 business days, with processing times of 1-2 business days. Please note that international shipping times are generally 12-14 days and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
Healthyroo has a 14-day return policy. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items upon arrival, and return shipping costs for these goods are covered by Healthyroo. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Refunds will be issued as store credit or through exchanges. Sale items are non-refundable.
