Return Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if the item is:
- Faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Returned in its original packaging and is unopened.
Please note:
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
- Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to faulty or damaged goods, Healthyroo will cover the return shipping costs. Since change of mind returns are not accepted, this condition is not applicable.
Refund Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose from:
- Store Credit
- Exchange for a similar product
Refunds will not be made to the original payment method.
How to Lodge a Return
To initiate a return, please complete our Enquiry Form on the Healthyroo website. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or evidence of damage (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will review it and provide instructions for returning the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Products that have been opened or used
