Risk of loss and title for a processed order passes to you upon our delivery to the shipment carrier. International Shipping
Note for international customers
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. We apologise, but Healthyroo cannot control these additional costs since they are imposed by the government and not by Healthyroo or the shipping company you chose to use. Unfortunately, Healthyroo does not have a way to provide specific duties and fee amounts. It is determined by customs and the courier is simply the collector.
