This is the Healthyroo way and our take on how your banana smoothie can get more protein and help you slim down.

Steps

  1. Combine and blitz in a blender.
  2. Top with almonds and cocoa nibs.

For the Smoothie Base:

  • 2 scoops ZEST SLIM
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chilled almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey, or to taste
  • 2 ice cubes
